Whole blood/Bone Marrow in 1 Lavender Top (EDTA) / Yellow Top (ACD) tube OR Menstrual blood in a sterile screw capped container OR Culture isolates. All specimens to be collected aseptically and shipped refrigerated. DO NOT FREEZE.
